The Challenge
Civil documentation is fundamental to identity and opportunity.
An emerging global human-rights issue is the inability of vulnerable populations to secure, access, or register civil documentation—including birth certificates, national identification cards, and passports.
Without this documentation, individuals may face compromised nationality status, limited social mobility, restricted freedom of movement, and fear of detainment or deportation.
